| By breasting out the ducks you throw the best parts away, the thighs and legs are the most flavorful and marinated in OJ, wrapped in bacon, stuffed with your favorite stuffing ooohh sooo goood. I didn't really enjoy eating duck until my wife started making it like this and now every meal I get seems like it is better than the last. Save time plucking with the EASY PLUCK, www.pluckwitheasypluck.com Watch as I pluck ducks in my living room with my wife filming!!! |

| Everyone has their own rationale but whenever someone is over and says they don't like duck I have them try a thigh off one of the smaller ducks witch usually taste the best, but you are right, when it comes down to time, you probably can rip the breasts out a little quicker than I can pluck and gut them out, but you still owe it to yourself to try the recipe!! |

| Just this past week I dined on some of the best pheasant I have ever had, I had bought some birds from a game reserve( we don't have Pheasant here in Northern Wis.) I plucked these on the Easy Pluck after getting numerous inquiries from the UK and now I can state that the Easy Pluck will pluck pheasants too!! Boy what a difference in taste, the skin holds in so much more moisture AND the flavor retained, I'll never have another skinned bird!!! Thank You, ROD |
