Little bastard showed up on the front porch. To me thats just askin to be grilled.

1 possum recipe:

Cut out it's ass and guts, skin it, lop off the 'ol noggin and deep fry that rat.

Serve with salt, pepper and tobasco.

The book is called from Bear Trap to Bar-b-que. My friends other and her friend from Greenville Mississippi wrote the cookbook in 1987. I have never eaten possum.

I've seen them enter a road-kill deer through a hole in there gut and eat their way out through the deers ass. None for me thanks.
