Cut out it's ass and guts, skin it, lop off the 'ol noggin and deep fry that rat.
Serve with salt, pepper and tobasco. |

| The book is called from Bear Trap to Bar-b-que. My friends other and her friend from Greenville Mississippi wrote the cookbook in 1987. I have never eaten possum. |
